My name is Sam Leschinsky, and this is the chapter I never saw coming.

For years, I was deep in the corporate world — chasing deadlines that left me quietly exhausted. The pay was good, the benefits were solid. But every Sunday night, that familiar knot in my stomach would return. I knew I was spending the best hours of my life doing something that didn’t light me up.
Then one day, I decided I’d had enough of the rat race.
I didn’t have a grand master plan or a safety net. What I did have was a deep, undeniable passion for creating beautiful, meaningful things — and the growing conviction that life is too short to spend it building someone else’s dream.
So I walked away.

I traded demo's for my home office, corporate KPIs for late-night designing, and the safety of a salary for the terrifying, exhilarating freedom of building something entirely my own. In that messy, beautiful transition, Sammy Jo & Co. was born.

Sammy Jo & Co. is more than just a business. It’s the result of finally choosing courage over comfort. It’s the brand I wish existed when I was still stuck in the 8-to-5 grind — honest, soulful, and made with real heart.
Every product, every design, every detail carries the same intention: to bring a little more joy, beauty, and authenticity into everyday life.
This company is my love letter to the version of myself who was too scared to leave, and to every woman (and man) still sitting in that meeting wondering if there’s more out there for them.
